In concert with the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands a Cloud based system was developed by CulturalHeritage.cc foundation and jointly presented at the ICOM conference in Barcelona in 2001. Objective was the mobility and exchange of collection items to solve the problem of overloaded depots.
In the succeeding years the foundation provided a wide range of museums in Africa with software to inventory collections and record intangible heritage. The Foundation provided trainings for trainees on the African continent, the Russian Federation, the Netherlands and Latin America respectively.
CulturalHeritage.cc was founded January 2000 and liquidated in January 2018.
All current projects are prolonged and supported by ArchiveTech.net, and for the Latin American region by UniqueCollection.org
